Manuscript Review Process
1. The editorial board conducts a review of all materials submitted to the editorial office for expert evaluation. All reviewers are recognized specialists in the subject matter of the reviewed materials and have published works related to the topic of the reviewed article within the last three years. Reviews are kept in the journal’s editorial office for a period of five years.
2. The article submitted by the author is reviewed by an expert from the journal’s editorial board (a doctor or candidate of sciences) using an expert questionnaire approved by the editorial board. The review process is confidential; the review in the form of an expert questionnaire is provided to the author upon written request, as well as upon request from the Higher Attestation Commission (VAK) and the Ministry of Education and Science, without the signature or indication of the reviewer’s name, position, or place of work.
3. The final decision regarding the acceptance of the author’s article and its publication in one of the journal’s issues is made during a meeting of the editorial board, and a record of this decision is made in the minutes.
4. The editorial board will inform the author of the decision upon request. If an article is not accepted for publication, the editorial board will provide the author with a reasoned refusal upon their request.
